Your cat's exclusive holiday destination - cosy, secure & fun

Our luxury cat hotel offers 8 themed rooms each tailored to cater to the unique needs and personalities of our whiskered friends. Our cat hotel is situated in the large garden of our family home, teaming with vibrant wildlife visitors including our own 5 chickens, squirrels, ducks, birds and butterflies. The garden's lush greenery and secure design, complete with CCTV covering the grounds, provide a safe haven for your precious pets.

Important Information

  • Vaccinations

    All boarding cats must be fully vaccinated and kept up to date with their annual boosters against feline influenza and feline enteritis. In addition, we ask that all boarding cats are regularly wormed every 3 months and flea treated every 4 weeks using a veterinary prescribed product. No cat will be admitted without proof of vaccination shown on arrival.

  • Food, Litter & Bedding

    We provide standard brands of food including Whiskas/Felix/Go Cat in the daily price. Premium brands are available at an extra cost. Special/Prescription foods are to be provided by owner. We include Cat San Hygiene Litter or Wood Pellet Litter as standard. We provide bedding but do recommend bringing a bed or blanket from home to help your cat feel more settled.

  • Security

    All cabins have triple doors to prevent cheeky escapees. Our gardens and grounds are covered by 24/7 CCTV. All cabins are locked overnight.

  • Vets

    If your cat should appear unwell whilst in our care, we will endeavour to take your cat to it's own veterinary practice, but if this is not practical, we will use our own veterinary surgery, we are currently registered with Cherrydown Vets in Basildon.

  • Booking Policy

    All bookings require a 25% deposit before they are confirmed in the diary. We require a 50% deposit for Christmas bookings. The remaining balance is due on arrival day. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash only. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival day will be charged in full.

  • Medication

    We are happy to administer any medication for your cat which has been prescribed by a vet. Please note we cannot administer insulin for diabetic cats.

Meet the Owners

Meet Cara & Matt, proud owners of Jasper's Cat Hotel. We are huge cat lovers and will look after your fur babies as if they were our own, receiving love, care and regular one to one attention throughout their stay. Cara is OFQUAL qualified in Level 3 Feline Care and has owned cats all her life. Matt has always owned show cats and is a dab-hand for maintenance at the cat hotel. With our expertise and loving care, we can't wait to welcome you and your furry family at Jasper's.
